I am a Motivational Speaker and Lifestyle Blogger. I believe in the power of dreams and help individuals reach theirs. At 22, I am a TEDx speaker, have been a national Level debater, held an internship with the United Nations and spearheaded projects that were inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India. I spend my time reading voraciously and designing workshops and seminars on how our millennials can empower themselves physically, emotionally and professionally.

But why should you listen to me? A psychologist, I show people simple ways to lead a more fulfilling life. I talk and write about Success, Happiness, and Personal Growth.  I’ve studied in two different countries, have traveled the world and have interacted with thousands and thousands of millennials. I’ve been there, done that and come out the other, better side.

I am also the creator of The Psych Way, a unique, one of its kind website that aims to showcase psychology research as well as literature on one platform, in a way that is interesting and accessible to the general population.

  1. Hi Sanah, I like you writing. Great job!
I wanted to extend you an invitation to be a contributor on my website: http://www.cityhyd.info . I have been running it for couple of years now and one of the key things that I focused through it is- offering good writers a space to reach out to more audience, making their words more vocal! The website has a good readership and big social media following (8500+ fans on Facebook and Twitter). I request you to have a look and email me if you are interested. Cheers!

  2. Hello Sanah,

Thank you so much for stopping by and following my blog 🙂

Great to find you here and enjoyed reading your recent posts…

Looking forward to read many more interesting stories here and have a great time 🙂

  3. Hi!

Thanks for following my blog. I think your blog is pretty cool considering that we share something in common. I used to write a lot of short stories. :> tc.

  4. Thanks for visiting my online writing studio, and for choosing to follow my work. Aspiring and perspiring are similar words, but totally different in connotation. Switch over from the former and become the latter — a perspiring writer. There’s one more word, conspiring, but we’ll leave that one for another day. Best wishes for your career.

    🙂 — SM
