A Few of My Poems

I have a different blog for poetry.  It’s private so don’t go looking for it (I’m glad you wanted to though). But some of my friends, new and old, got curious and asked me to share some poetry.

At first, I wasn’t sure. See, I’m a writer, and of course, it matters to me if people like my words, but I also don’t want everything I write to be out there for scrutiny. My poetry is very close to my heart. Poetry is the only way I can make sense of this crazy world. It’s the only way my heart can settle down and the only way I can challenge everything I think I know of myself.

I didn’t like the editing option on my blog, so I made images of the works that I’ll put here. The poems in this post are centered around movement.
I won’t explain them, but if you’re curious about them, shoot me an email.
